Today, we’re joining the American Cancer Society's annual Great American Smokeout — a day that encourages and supports people in taking the first step toward quitting smoking.

The CDC reports that almost 40% of all ci******es smoked in the U.S. are consumed by people with behavioral health conditions, and people with mental health conditions who smoke face twice the risk of premature death.

Quitting isn’t easy — but support, community, and small steps can make a real difference.
