Because of the below-freezing temperatures, GRAND Mental Health and many other community partners and organizations set up community warming centers throughout the 13 counties of Northcentral and Northeastern Oklahoma.
Your physical well-being and safety are just as important as your mental health. Your community is here for you - together, we will provide the resources and quality care you deserve.
While our warming center is available any time, day or night, we encourage everyone to confirm the hours of operation with other community warming centers.
Feel free to look through our comprehensive list of community warming centers that will be OPEN Tuesday, February 18, and share to help someone who needs to stay safe and warm 🧣

UPDATE: The Rose Bowl and Light House in Bartlesville are at full capacity.

To regulate means to connect authentically to ourselves. We call this mindful awareness. From this place we can show up as our authentic selves, hold space for others and let them feel safe around us."
