We’re really good at pushing the hard stuff down.
The uncomfortable conversations.
The feelings we don’t want to name.
The things we hope will just disappear if we ignore them.

But here’s the truth: what we avoid doesn’t go away—it just gets heavier.

Facing it head-on can feel scary… but it’s also incredibly freeing.
On the other side of that fear is relief, clarity, and a deep sense of strength you forgot you had.

You don’t have to be fearless.
You just have to be willing.

And when you finally face what you’ve been carrying?
