But with all the indulgence, our bodies can sometimes feel heavy, sluggish, or stagnant. In Flow Through the Holidays, we're teaming up with Margie to share approachable, healthy holiday meals and simple substitutions that bring both flavor and balance to your table.
Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine food therapy, we'll explore seasonal ingredients like ginger, chen pi (aged tangerine peel), mung beans, barley, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and hawthorn berries-foods that support digestion, move stagnation, and help prevent damp accumulation.
