CREOKS and the City of McAlester hosted a free Opioid Abatement Community Kick-off event!

Yesterday, OK Senator Aaron Reinhardt presented a special proclamation to Holly Trunk, Director of Specialty Substance Abuse Programs at CREOKS and Stephen Reimann, Senior Patient Experience Liaison at Otsuka Precision Health for securing mental health medication for incarcerated individuals.

Our hearts go out to the Broken Arrow Police Department and Officer Leinen’s family. The loss of Officer Frank Leinen is a huge hit to our community. ❤️

This week the Broken Arrow Police Department experienced the loss of an officer in training. On Wednesday September 24th Officer Frank Leinen experienced a medical emergency. Despite immediate medical attention from the police training staff and fire department paramedics Officer Leinen passed. The Broken Arrow Police Department and law enforcement agencies across the state have come together to support Officer Leinen’s family. The citizens of Broken Arrow have shown a desire to support the family. In lieu of flowers the family has requested monetary donations be made to the Broken Arrow Police Foundation. All donations will support the Leinen family.
