COVID-19 Outbreak Notification – Effective 2/24/26

We are notifying you that, as of 2/24/26, our facility is in a COVID-19 outbreak status due to one individual testing positive for COVID-19.

We are actively implementing all recommended infection control measures. Employee screening is being conducted upon entry each day. Testing and isolation procedures are being carried out in accordance with current public health guidance.

Visitation may continue at this time. Visits do not need to be scheduled. However, all visitors will be required to self-screen upon entry for any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. Masks will be available and may be worn at your discretion.

We are taking every precaution to mitigate the risk of exposure to our residents.

We also encourage staff, residents, families, and visitors to speak with us if they would like additional education about COVID-19 vaccination or assistance in obtaining the vaccine.

Please remember that social distancing, proper hand hygiene, masking, and vaccination remain effective tools in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our community.

Today we welcomed ICTC Health Careers students to our facility for orientation. These students may be future Certified Nurse Aides, and we are proud to help provide their first experience in long-term care.

Our residents always enjoy the extra attention and interaction. We’re thankful for instructor Shannon Gilbert, who does a wonderful job preparing her students, and we’re happy to partner with ICTC to host clinicals here.

A huge thank you to Ashley from Roberts-Hart Funeral Home, along with the amazing members of our community who joined us in making our Nursing Home Roses project possible. Because of your generosity and support, every resident at Stilwell Nursing Home will be receiving a rose tomorrow morning 🤩

We are beyond grateful for a community that shows up, gives back, and helps us brighten someone’s day — it truly means so much to be surrounded by people who care. We’re looking forward doing this more in the future 💐

We’ll be here 9 to 5 tomorrow, and we look forward to seeing y’all!
