▶️ Update on Memorial Hospital Physicians’ Clinic
There seems to be some confusion in the community about the Physicians’ Clinic, and we would like to clear things up. The Physicians’ Clinic is still open and continuing to serve patients. 🔽

While there have been changes in other areas of the hospital, the clinic remains open at this time.. We hope to be able to continue being here for the community. Our providers are still seeing patients, and we are committed to your care. There is no need to request your medical records or search for a new provider at this time, unless that is your personal choice. Our providers include Dr. Dulowski, Dr. Bentley, Dr. Peyok, Adrian Unger, and Phillip Watson. Dr. Campbell has joined the clinic roster from our ER and would be happy to see you. Dr. Jenkins will be with us through August 1st.

We are here and want to continue to provide the quality care you have come to know. So, come and support the Physicians’ Clinic and your local providers. We’d love to see you!

The Physicians’ Clinic continues to operate during normal business hours. We encourage all patients to maintain their scheduled appointments. 🔽
Operating hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

You can still make a payment over the phone by calling our main number at 918-696-3101 and let us know you need to make a payment.
Or, stop by in person at the hospital and pay at our front desk Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
Or, simply mail your payment.

While our ER services are temporarily suspended, our business office remains open and ready to assist you.
