“Start with the best ingredients and you won’t need to mask or manipulate the meal, just let the food tell its story” ~ Executive Chef Stephen Sherman

What we put into our bodies matters! 🫨

Did you know that the Kripalu Kitchen is deeply committed to using local and organic ingredients whenever possible and chooses 100% all-natural products?

We believe food is more than simply nourishment – it is a way of taking care of our temple, healing our body, living mindfully, and supporting our health. Each meal is an invitation to be conscious to ourselves and our environment, and organic foods allow us to nourish without artificial herbicides, pesticides, or without the administration of growth hormones, antibiotics, or other unnatural chemicals in the case of meat and dairy.

Clean, wholesome nourishment is at the heart of every dish in the Kripalu Kitchen for food that not just tastes good but also feels good. Each bite is a step to restore our internal health through quality, nourishment, intention, and love.

Step into a new you that leads with compassion. 🧡

This soothing mantra for the heart is one of many practices you’ll explore in a weekend retreat September 14-19 with Amy Weintraub, Author, Teacher and Laura Schmidt (Pause with Laura). So often, parts of us take over and keep us from living to our best potential.

Overcome the part of you that holds you back from fully engaging in life and relationships and keeps your thoughts clouded. Access your compassion and wisdom through pranayama, meditations, mantras, yoga, IFS experientials, and demos. Become refreshed and anew with tools that restore calm in moments of overwhelm and deepen self-awareness.

Create space for healing, clarity, and balance in both body and mind.
