Breast Cancer is the most common cancer found in women, regardless of race and ethnicity. The earlier the detection the better the outcome💕

1. Do a self check- Lay down flat, place a pillow under your shoulder and fold your arm behind your head.

2. With the other hand Move your fingers in a circular motion from left to right around the breast going into the arm pit to feel for any lumps/masses.

3. You can also check in the mirror by squeezing and pressing firmly on your breast.

If you feel any lumps or pain in your breast, or notice discharge from your ni***es schedule an appointment with your primary care provider to get further evaluation and a referral to get a mammogram done☎️770-639-4374
