Southern Crescent Care has caregivers who provide companionship, assisting with reading to clients, going out to eat, going shopping, providing light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, laundry, linen changes, running errands and more. Along with companion care services, they may also assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, transfers and walking, exercise, toileting and incontinence care, medication monitoring and more. Some of the diagnoses our personal care clients have are heart disease, stroke, dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's, MS, diabetes, neuropathy, macular degeneration, arthritis, osteoporosis, and more. Recuperative Care Services provides care to individuals experiencing acute illness, surgery, chemotherapy, accidents/ falls, broken bones, and other needs. Respite Care enables family caregivers the ability to meet their own needs while being assured their loved one is safe and well cared for in their own environment. All services are on an individual need base and can be provided in the client's home, assisted living facility, hospital or rehab. Services are available from one hour to 24/7 and on a live-in basis. Care is provided where you need it, when you need it!
