My main goal in this practice is to connect local people with the plants that grow outside their doorsteps. I believe that plants and humans have become sadly disconnected in past generations and feel that there are a lot of ways plants can improve the general health of humans whether it be through direct cultivation, medicine making and wild crafting, or just getting people out into nature more.

Nature is my therapist, and she works for freeโ€ฆ
no appointment needed, just a willingness to get a little dirty. Side effects may include unapologetic communion with ancient trees, deep philosophical debates with squirrels, an uncontrollable urge to sniff every flower in sight, and the occasional mistaken identity as a woodland creature. If found barefoot in the forest, do not be alarmed -Iโ€™m exactly where I belong.

Some food for thought. Our commercial foods are loaded with MSG...now we are taking drugs to increase what MSG has likely done to our digestion!

Our Story

For the past three years, I have enhanced my lifetime of learning about plants for health and medicine through the extensive study of Clinical Herbalism.
