The final weeks of pregnancy can bring a mix of excitement, anticipation, and sometimes anxiety. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, take a moment to breathe and remember—you are stronger than you think, and you’re closer than ever to meeting your little one. 💙

One helpful way to calm anxious thoughts is by grounding yourself using your five senses. Taking a moment to notice what you can see, hear, feel, smell, and taste can help bring your mind back to the present and ease stress in the moment.

“And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another…” – Hebrews 10:25

Community matters. Faith grows stronger when we walk it out together. That’s why one of the ways The Bridge Wellness South supports our clients is by helping connect them with local churches. Many of the individuals we serve are new to the faith or don’t yet have a church home, and we are honored to provide a list of welcoming churches in our community where they can find encouragement, discipleship, and support.

As our ministry grows, we are also praying for more churches and volunteers to partner with us in serving families in Henry County.

We especially need:
💙 Strong men to mentor through our Men on Mission program
💙 Volunteers to teach parenting and life-skills education
💙 Helping hands in our Baby Boutique
💙 Patient advocates to walk alongside clients with compassion
