This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Stephanie Hankins, the friendly face who keeps our Newnan front desk running smoothly every single day! As the Newnan Medical Receptionist, Stephanie is often the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. She plays a vital role in shaping the patient experience. From greeting patients with compassion and professionalism to efficiently managing appointments, insurance information, and phone calls, Stephanie ensures everything runs smoothly. Stephanie joined us during a busy time as we were preparing to launch Athena and had the fun task of learning not one but two EMR systems. She was up for the challenge and exceeded all expectations! She is always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and guide patients through the check-in process and works closely with clinical staff to keep communication clear and patient flow seamless. Her efficiency keeps our office running on schedule, and her friendliness makes every patient feel valued. We are grateful for her dedication, reliability, positivity, and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience every day. Chronic pain affects more than just your body - it can also impact your mood, stress levels, sleep, and overall quality of life. That’s why Pain Care includes Behavioral Health assessments as part of a comprehensive, whole-person approach to pain management.

After your new patient visit, you may be contacted by one of our Behavioral Health Coordinators for a virtual (phone-based) assessment. This helps our providers better understand your needs and create a safe, personalized treatment plan.

If you ever have questions about a call you receive, please don’t hesitate to contact our office directly. We’re here to support both your physical and emotional well-being - because managing pain means caring for the whole you. 💙
