❄️Baby, it’s cold outside!❄️ But your teeth shouldn’t be!

Consider these tips to help alleviate your tooth sensitivity.

🪥Try a soft bristle toothbrush and don’t brush too firmly.

🦷Use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth.

🥤🍊🍅Avoid acidic foods (soda, citrus fruits, tomatoes, etc.) and hard or sticky candy.

💊It’s safe to take a mild over-the-counter pain reliever to help diminish the pain.

With minor adjustments in your oral care and brushing, sensitivity can be reduced and your teeth will be on the path to creating a beautiful and healthy smile.

*Sensitivity when you have an orthodontic adjustment is normal. If the sensitivity persists more than a few days, you can always give our office a call.
