SHCC is an independently owned and operated health care clinic serving Stockholm and surrounding communities. It is a direct pay clinic accepting cash, check or credit cards. Because we do not accept and process insurance we are able to keep our prices low and pass the savings onto our patients. We are a small clinic offering most medical services. If you have a question regarding services please do not hesitate to call and ask. We are currently seeing patients ages 15 and older. Will be adding acute pediatric visits in the near future.

Good afternoon friends and neighbors. As the coronavirus continues to unfold and roll out we have decided it is in the best interest of our patients to remain closed for the near future. We are hoping to open our virus-free doors mid May. Jan, our foot care nurse hopes to be back June 1. This of course, is subject to change depending on the whims of COVID-19. We will continue to see patients on an as-needed basis after making sure by phone that it is appropriate. If we all do our part we can come back together sooner. Stay home, stay safe and stay healthy. If you have questions or concerns please call.

To all of our patient/friends. In the interest of safety and common sense the clinic will be closing tomorrow at noon and hope to reopen in two weeks on Monday April 13th. I will be available on an as needed basis to open the clinic for sick folks but I request you call the clinic number first. I will also be available by phone for questions, concerns, med refills, etc. We are taking this current pandemic seriously and like everyone else, we are taking it one day at a time.
Please stay home unless absolutely necessary to venture out, then practice social distancing. Wash your hands even more than you think you should. Be kind to yourself and others. Can't wait to see you all again!

Hi Neighbors! Just to give you an update, Stockholm Health Care Clinic will NOT be testing for COVID-19. We have reached that decision based on multiple factors that will keep our community and us in a position to help others. If you think you need testing this can be done through Mayo Health Systems and/or our county Health Department. Please call ahead to wherever you decide to go to comply with their particular protocol. Even during a pandemic people become ill with other illnesses and at the clinic we are prepared to take care of you. Give us a call so we can best serve you. We are in this together! Stay healthy, get plenty of rest, good nutrition is always important and WASH YOUR HANDS!

Good Morning from your hometown clinic. As the coronavirus spreads keep yourselves informed but STAY CALM. For most this will be similar to a cold, unfortunately for our most vulnerable citizens it could be more serious. Common sense measures like washing your hands, covering a cough and staying home when you're sick will be the best defense.
Stay healthy and check on each other!

Hi everyone. Have you been hearing on the news about the outbreak in Wuhan China of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and wondering how you might be affected? This is not a new virus and strains of this virus are responsible for respiratory illnesses and the common cold. Most at risk are the elderly and folks with ongoing medical problems. Symptoms include mild to moderate respiratory illness with symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Incubation is 2-14 days after exposure. No vaccine is available yet but stay tuned. If you are experiencing moderate to severe respiratory symptoms it may be time to see your provider.
Cover your mouth and wash hands often! Stay healthy!
