From building genuine rapport with clients and families to creating treatment plans that are intentional, achievable, and aligned from day one, this session was filled with practical strategies, real-life examples, and thoughtful discussion.

December is a time to honor the rich cultural heritage that strengthens communities everywhere. Today, we shine a light on Kwanzaa — a celebration rooted in family, culture, unity, and shared values.

Kwanzaa centers on the Seven Principles (Nguzo Saba): unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith. These values uplift community and remind us of the power of connection, collaboration, and care.
