Today staff and residents enjoy the beautiful sunshine with a backyard cookout and some yard games. Happy national nursing home week! A huge thank you to our kitchen staff for letting us switch things up and grilling some amazing burgers, brats, and hotdogs.

For National Nursing Home Week staff and residents went on a field trip today to the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium. We had a great time getting out in the beautiful weather. The beautiful scenery on the drive and picnic lunch were a bonus, as well.

A huge shout out to Jay Upmann at JJ&Freddie's for the Christmas Eve pizza for staff, Drew Groezinger at Clara Joyce Flowers for the table top live trees for residents, and the Stockton Illinois Police Department for the gift cards for the staff on duty Christmas day. You all make us at Allure feel extra special!
