🎊It's almost 2024!🎊
My mom and grandma used to clean like crazy and always said we weren't allowed to clean for the first few days of the new year to prevent throwing away our good luck.
Well, I don't clean like crazy, but I started today by organizing and clearing out the art supplies cabinet. This cabinet didn't become a disaster overnight and I'm very happy that this new year's tradition finally motivated me. 💪 Getting rid of "old dust and garbage" of the year can only help going into the New Year with a clean slate.
I hope this post can motivate you to organize something that needs your attention. Maybe your project will motivate another person. Comment with your project. ✔️

This time of year can be stressful for many people and this post is a reminder that there are things we can do to help ourselves.
Here are a few that may help to prioritize.
-sleep: sleep over scrolling is a much better use of our time.
-supplements: St. John’s Wort really helps with mood stability.

-acupuncture

So thankful to start the day in the sunshine with my family for a good cause. Loved seeing some patients on the route and my goal is to recruit more friends to join next year.
This year the kids smiled way more and complained way less-everything is always easier after doing it once-acupuncture treatments included. It’s always the hardest to make the initial appointment, isn’t it?
