First week of yoga teacher training starts on Super Bowl Sunday. When it really comes down to it, both are about growth, expansion, celebration, movement, and showing up with heart. What a joyful way to begin.

Getting to show up as a student instead of the teacher is such a grounding reminder of why we do this in the first place. Our teachers are so special because they genuinely love what they do, and they care so deeply about the people in the room. The experience at Shine feels elevated not because of the workouts, but because of the community that’s been created here — the energy, the kindness, the way everyone shows up for each other. There is something really rare about the people who walk through these doors and help shape what this place is. And it’s why we hear all the time that Shine feels unlike anywhere else. It’s movement, but it’s also connection, and that’s what makes it so special. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
