We kindly ask that you honor our late policy so we can keep every class feeling smooth, safe, and supportive for everyone.

If you’re a regular, please do your best to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
If it’s your first class, plan to arrive 15 minutes before so we can get you checked in, set up with everything you need, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident walking in.

To respect the experience of those who arrive on time, we don’t allow late entry once class has started. This helps us create a grounded, uninterrupted space where everyone can fully drop in and get the most out of their practice.

We love you so much, and everything we do is to make your time here feel intentional, supported, and a little bit magical
