Herbal Mosquito Repellent
(Essential Oils available at Green's)
Makes about 4 oz.

Ingredients:
2 oz. organic catnip leaf extract, or make your own tincture
2 oz. organic witch hazel extract
10 drops Atlas cedarwood essential oil
10 drops lemon eucalyptus essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops rosemary essential oil
5 drops lemongrass essential oil
5 drops lemon essential oil

Directions:
1. Pour both catnip extract and witch hazel extract into an 4 oz. bottle.
2. Slowly drip the essential oils into the bottle.
3. Cap the bottle and shake vigorously to combine.
4. Store in the refrigerator with tight-fitting lid. Mixture will be shelf-stable for up to a year when stored properly.

To Use:
1. Replace the lid with optional mister cap or shake bottle and pour some into a smaller spray bottle that you can take with you for day trips. Return remainder to refrigerator.
2. Shake well before each use. Spritz over exposed skin, avoiding eyes and mucus membranes.
3. Reapply as often as needed.

Nourishing Raspberry Leaf Tea Recipe

This recipe creates 4 oz. of tea blend. One of the most helpful tools for home tea blending is a small kitchen scale. Measuring herbs by weight instead of volume enables you to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the blend!

Ingredients

1.5 oz. organic raspberry leaf
1 oz. organic nettle leaf
0.5 oz. organic rosehips
0.5 oz. organic hibiscus flowers
0.5 oz organic dried orange peel
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients. Place 1-3 teaspoons of the blend in a tea strainer, tea filter, or other tea accessory of choice. Pour freshly boiled water over the blend and let steep covered for at least 5 minutes, or longer to taste. This blend is also wonderful iced!

Blue Moon Milk for Clarity & Reflection
(butterfly pea flower, chamomile & passionflower available at Green's Nutrition Herb Vault)

Makes about a pint.

Ingredients:

2 cups clean filtered water
4 Tbsp. organic butterfly pea flower
3 Tbsp. organic chamomile tea
1 Tbsp. organic passionflower
1/2 cup organic h**p seed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. organic raw sugar (or to taste)

Directions

1. Add water, butterfly pea flowers, chamomile flowers, and passionflower to a pot over medium heat.
2. Heat until just simmering.
3. Adjust heat to low and cover for 10 minutes.
4. Strain herbs from tea and add liquid to blender.
5. Add h**p seeds. Blend on medium-high for 1 minute.
6. Pour through a cheesecloth, nut bag, or finely woven stainless-steel mesh strainer.
7. Once strained, add vanilla extract, sugar, and optional Adapt Care extract.
8. Stir well and enjoy!
