When not practicing Chinese Medicine, Francis practices and competes in traditional karate tournaments and sings for recreation in both formal and casual settings. He truly believes that his martial arts and music really aid him in his understanding of the mind, body, and spirit and emphasize how important it is to keep the harmony between the three.

Earth Day is a gentle reminder that everything in nature moves in balance —
the tides, the seasons, the breath of the wind… and your body too.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we honor the deep connection between human health and the natural world. When we slow down, reconnect, and live in rhythm with the earth, healing becomes more natural.

Just as the earth renews itself, so can you.
Release what no longer serves you.
Nourish your roots.
Create space for growth.

This Earth Day, take a moment to ground yourself — step outside, breathe deeply, feel the sun on your skin. And if your body has been asking for extra support, we’re here to help you restore balance from within.

🌿 Let this be your season of alignment.

📅 Book your consultation at Uyayi Acupuncture and reconnect with your natural state of wellness.

Happy Earth Day! 💚

You love the game.
The early tee times. The sound of a clean strike. The walk down the fairway.

But that nagging pain on the inside of your elbow?
The stiffness when you grip the club.
The ache that lingers long after the 18th hole.
The flare-ups that keep coming back no matter how much you rest.

Golf elbow (medial epicondylitis) isn’t just “soreness.”
It’s inflammation and strain in the tendons that control your wrist and grip — and every swing keeps re-irritating it.

You shouldn’t have to choose between healing and playing the game you love.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we focus on:
✔️ Reducing inflammation naturally
✔️ Improving circulation to damaged tendons
✔️ Releasing muscle tension in the forearm
✔️ Supporting long-term recovery — not just short-term relief

Many golfers are surprised to learn their elbow pain is also connected to shoulder tension, wrist mechanics, and repetitive strain patterns. When we address the root cause, real healing begins.

✨ This could be the season you play stronger — with less pain and more confidence in every swing.

Don’t sit out another round.
Let’s get your body back in rhythm.

Your eyes aren’t “just irritated.” They’re overwhelmed.

When pollen fills the air, many people start experiencing:

• Red, bloodshot eyes
• Constant tearing or watery discharge
• Itchy, burning sensation
• Puffy eyelids
• That gritty “something’s stuck in my eye” feeling
• Sensitivity to light

And the frustrating part?
It keeps coming back every allergy season.

Most people rely on drops to suppress the symptoms… but what if your body just needs support regulating the inflammation in the first place?

At Uyayi Acupuncture Clinic, we take a whole-body approach to conjunctivitis and seasonal allergy flare-ups. Instead of chasing the redness, we work to calm the internal response that’s triggering it.

✨ Reduce inflammation
✨ Support immune balance
✨ Help your body respond differently to pollen exposure
✨ Get you back to clear, comfortable vision

You don’t have to dread stepping outside this season.

There’s a new light ahead — and it doesn’t involve carrying eye drops everywhere you go.

👉 Book your consultation today at Uyayi Acupuncture Clinic and let’s help your body reset.
Your eyes and your sanity will thank you.

Eczema isn’t just “dry skin.”

It’s canceling plans because your skin is flaring again.

It’s avoiding short sleeves even when it’s 90°.

It’s the 2am wake-ups from itching you swore you wouldn’t scratch.

It’s the frustration of doing “everything right” and still feeling like your body is working against you.

And let’s be honest — no one talks about the mental toll.

The self-consciousness.

The irritability from lack of sleep.

The way stress makes it worse… and then the flare causes more stress.

If this sounds familiar, please hear this:

Your body isn’t broken. It’s overwhelmed.

In Chinese medicine, eczema flares are often a sign of internal imbalance — inflammation, stress overload, digestive disruption, or immune dysregulation. When we focus on calming the system from the inside out, the skin often follows.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we work to:

✨ Calm inflammatory patterns
✨ Regulate immune response
✨ Support gut health
✨ Reduce stress triggers
✨ Help your body remember what “normal” feels like

You don’t have to just manage flare after flare.
There is another way to approach this — one that treats the root, not just the rash.

If you’re ready to stop chasing symptoms and start restoring balance, let’s talk.

👉 Book your consultation with Uyayi Acupuncture today.
Your skin — and your nervous system — will thank you.

Today we honor something we often forget to slow down and appreciate… our health. 🌎✨

On this World Health Day, we’re reminded that true wellness isn’t just the absence of illness — it’s balance. It’s steady breath. It’s deep sleep. It’s a calm mind and a body that feels supported.

In a world that moves fast, choosing your health is a quiet act of self-respect.

If you’ve been feeling run down, inflamed, stressed, or simply “not like yourself,” this is your gentle reminder that your body wants to heal — it just needs the right support.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we focus on restoring harmony from the inside out. Because when your nervous system softens… when circulation improves… when inflammation settles… your whole world feels lighter.

Today, take one small step toward yourself.
Drink the water. Go for the walk. Book the appointment. 🌿

Your health is not a luxury — it’s your foundation.

Happy World Health Day. 💚

Easter is a beautiful reminder that renewal is always possible.

After the stillness of winter… comes light.

After heaviness… comes hope.

After stress… comes restoration.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we believe healing follows the same rhythm.

Your body knows how to restore itself — sometimes it just needs the right support, the right space, and a moment to slow down.

This season, may you soften.
May you breathe a little deeper.
May you welcome new beginnings — in your health, your mind, and your spirit.

Happy Easter from all of us at Uyayi Acupuncture! 💛

04/03/2026

Some days you feel motivated and clear.

Other days you’re irritated… anxious… overwhelmed… or completely flat.

And nothing “happened.”

No big trigger.
No dramatic life event.
Just a wave that takes over.

Mood swings aren’t just “being emotional.”

And they’re not a personality flaw.

What people don’t talk about is:

• The guilt after snapping at someone you love

• The exhaustion from constantly regulating yourself

• The anxiety of not trusting your own reactions

• The quiet fear of thinking, “Why am I like this?”

• The way it slowly chips at your confidence

When your moods feel unpredictable, your nervous system usually is too.

Hormonal shifts. Chronic stress. Burnout. Poor sleep. Inflammation.
Your body may be trying to speak — not sabotage you.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we look at the whole picture.
Not just the mood — but the patterns behind it.

Because when the nervous system stabilizes…
When hormones regulate…
When the body feels safe again…

Your emotions stop feeling like a rollercoaster.
And start feeling like something you can trust.

You don’t have to keep guessing.

And you don’t have to keep pushing through it alone.

✨ If you’re ready to feel steady again, book a consultation with Uyayi Acupuncture Clinic today.
Let’s help your body get back to balance.

If your body has been feeling off lately…
bloating after meals, low energy, irritability, heaviness under the ribs, difficulty choosing the “right” foods…

Your liver may be asking for support.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver is responsible for the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. When that flow becomes sluggish or overwhelmed, you might notice:

• Digestive discomfort
• Fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest
• Mood fluctuations
• Hormonal shifts
• A sense of internal “stagnation”

This isn’t about fear.
And it’s not about extreme diets or punishment.

It’s about gently restoring balance.

The liver is deeply connected to renewal and detoxification. With the right guidance, nourishment, and support, the body has an incredible ability to recalibrate.

Acupuncture and holistic care can help:
🌿 Encourage healthy circulation and energy flow
🌿 Support digestion and metabolism
🌿 Reduce internal stress and inflammation
🌿 Bring your system back into harmony

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

If you’re ready to support your liver naturally and feel more at ease in your body, we’re here to guide you.

Knee & ankle pain isn’t just “a bad joint.”

It’s the hesitation before you stand up.

It’s avoiding stairs.
It’s cutting walks short.
It’s saying “maybe next time” to things you used to enjoy.

What most people don’t talk about:

• The fear that it might keep getting worse

• The frustration of “normal” scans but ongoing pain

• The stiffness that’s strongest in the morning

• The way it slowly chips away at your confidence in your own body

Pain in the knees and ankles doesn’t just affect movement — it affects freedom.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we look beyond the joint itself.
We focus on circulation, inflammation, nerve signaling, muscle balance, and restoring your body’s natural healing response.

Your body isn’t broken.
It may just need the right support.

Imagine walking without calculating every step.
Imagine standing up without bracing yourself.
Imagine trusting your body again.

That’s possible.

✨ If you’re tired of managing the pain and ready to address it at the root, we’re here to help.

03/23/2026

You’re not “bad at handling stress.”
Your body is just tired of surviving.

If it feels like you’re burning out faster than you used to… you’re not imagining it.

• You wake up already drained
• Small things feel overwhelming
• Your patience is shorter
• Your sleep doesn’t feel restorative
• You crash in the afternoon but can’t relax at night
• You keep saying “I just need a break” … but the break never fixes it

Here’s the part most people don’t talk about:

Burnout isn’t just mental.
It’s nervous system overload.

When your body stays in fight-or-flight too long, it stops resetting. Stress hits harder. Recovery takes longer. And eventually even “normal” days feel exhausting.

The good news?
Your body wants to regulate. It wants balance. It wants calm.

Acupuncture works by helping shift your nervous system out of survival mode and back into regulation — so you’re not just coping with stress… you’re responding to life from a steadier place.

Less edge.
Deeper sleep.
Clearer thinking.
Energy that doesn’t disappear by 2pm.

If you’re tired of bouncing between pushing through and crashing, it might be time to support your body differently.

✨ Let’s help your system reset.

If you live with asthma flares…
you know it’s more than just breathing.

It’s:

• The tight chest that shows up out of nowhere
• Sleeping lightly because you’re afraid to wake up gasping
• Always checking the air quality before leaving the house
• Carrying your inhaler like it’s your security blanket
• Canceling plans because your lungs feel “off”
• The quiet anxiety that never fully turns off

And maybe the hardest part?

Feeling like your body is constantly on edge…
like it never fully resets.

Asthma flares aren’t just about the lungs.
They’re about inflammation, stress response, immune balance, and how your nervous system reacts to the world around you.

When your system is stuck in “fight or flight,” your airways often follow.

At Uyayi Acupuncture, we focus on helping the body regulate — not just react.
Supporting the nervous system.
Encouraging healthy inflammatory response.
Helping your body remember what calm feels like again.

No, this isn’t about throwing away your inhaler.
It’s about building a stronger foundation so your body isn’t constantly bracing for the next flare.

You deserve more than temporary relief.
You deserve stability. 🌿

This St. Patrick’s Day, may you find your own version of luck…
The kind that feels like deep breaths.
Like restful sleep.
Like a body that finally feels at ease.

Green is the color of renewal — of growth, of balance, of new beginnings. ☘️

And sometimes the greatest blessing isn’t something you chase…
It’s something you allow yourself to receive.

If your body has been asking for a reset — from stress, tension, fatigue, or imbalance — consider this your gentle sign.

May this season bring harmony to your mind, softness to your shoulders, and steadiness to your spirit.

✨ Your well-being is worth celebrating.
