I started doing Yoga 20 years ago after my second son was born to find release from stress and I found a new way of life, I loved it so much that I wanted to teach the whole world. After receiving my certifications threw YogaFit and Loyola Marymount University, I studied under Dr. Yoga Shwari Laura Cornell. I then completed

a 300hrs. and a 200hrs. .certified yoga teacher training with Now and Zen Yoga Studio with the amazing Deb Marweb RYT/owner. I started teaching 15 years ago and still going....... going strong!
