10AM – SOUND BOWL SESSION with Victoria Neal
Let the sound do the work. This immersive session uses crystal singing bowls to help release tension, calm the mind, and bring your body back into balance.
11AM – INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE: MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT with Stephanie Doty of Bloom Holistic & Integrative Medicine
True health isn’t just physical. This session breaks down how mind, body, and spirit connect—and why all three matter when it comes to real healing.
12PM – POWER & PEACE with Alicia
Strength meets stillness. This class combines powerful movement with intentional breathwork to leave you feeling grounded, strong, and at ease.
1PM – GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ENERGY with Erin Corman
This beginner-friendly workshop breaks down the basics of energy work in a way that actually makes sense. You’ll learn what it is, why it matters, and start feeling your own energy.
2PM – FLUID YOGA with Bree Bradshaw
Find your rhythm and move with ease. This flow-based class links breath and movement to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and feel more at home in your body.
3PM – YOGA FUNDAMENTALS with Erin
New to yoga or want to refine the basics? This class focuses on foundational poses, alignment, and breath to help you feel more confident and supported in your practice.
4PM – SPINAL ENERGETICS with Erin
Experience the gentle yet powerful movement of energy through the body using Spinal Energetics. This group session supports nervous system regulation, tension release, and a deeper connection to your body.
