This quote came up in our recent Wednesday session while we were discussing boundaries, and we know many of us can relate to it.

It can feel uncomfortable to be clear about our needs, especially when we're worried about disappointing others. But unclear boundaries often create confusion and mixed signals, for both people and animals.

Animals respond honestly to consistency. They feel safer when we are grounded, clear, and genuine in our energy and communication.

Being clear does not make us unkind. In many ways, it is one of the kindest things we can offer. ❤️
