🚗☀️ A quick stop can turn dangerous faster than you think.
Even on a mild day, the temperature inside a parked vehicle can rise to deadly levels within minutes. Cracked windows do not provide enough protection, and leaving a child unattended in a car puts them at serious risk of heatstroke, dehydration, and injury.
Before you leave your vehicle:
✔️ Check the back seat
✔️ Keep keys out of children’s reach
✔️ Place your purse, phone, diaper bag, or another important item in the back seat as a reminder
✔️ If you see a child alone in a vehicle, call 911 immediately
One simple check can save a life. ❤️ Please share this reminder with parents, grandparents, babysitters, and caregivers.
