VN CARES would like to express our gratitude and thank everyone who attended the VN CARES Summer Health Fair in San Jose. This event would have not been possible without all your help! 💗
VN CARES is excited to share the success of our recent Pacific Outreach Health Fair at the Santa Teresa Branch Library Community Room in San Jose. The event was a great success, with 94 patients attending and benefiting from our free health screenings. We offered cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, bone mineral density screenings, and more, as well as health education sessions. Our team, along with the help of preceptors, committees, translators, volunteers, and vendors, ensured that everyone received the necessary support and information. We want to thank everyone who participated, spread the word, and helped make this event possible, specifically the Santa Teresa Branch Library for allowing us to host our health fair. We look forward to our future health fairs and hope to see you there!
