Congratulations to our Stockton Family Medical Center’s very own Chad Hill, LPC, on being named Behavioral Health Pediatric and Adolescent Provider of the Year at the CMH Annual Behavioral Health Banquet on Dec. 12, 2025.

This award recognizes Chad’s dedication to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of children and adolescents in our community. Through CMH’s partnership with the Stockton School District and surrounding school districts, Chad provides on-site school-based counseling and therapy services during regular school hours, helping students succeed both academically and emotionally.

Our school-based counselors can help students with:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Recent loss or grief
• Behavioral concerns, including aggression, defiance, hyperactivity, anger outbursts, bullying, substance use, self-harm and suicidal ideations

Chad is the Stockton school-based provider and is currently accepting new students.
