โขHug a tree and take in its steady presence
โขListen to ocean waves or flowing water โ let it soothe your nervous system
โขJournal your thoughts and feelings โ no judgment, just expression
โขTake slow, deep breaths to return to the present
โขTake a warm salt bath to clear emotional heaviness
โขRest more than usual โ your body may be processing deeply
