Dr. Marina Mangano is a year-round chiropractor in the beautiful seashore town of Stone Harbor, NJ. In addition to her unique style of chiropractic, she leads group and private yoga classes at the Isle of Wellness studio and on local beaches. She is a yoga enthusiast that also enjoys running, playing soccer, and rock climbing. Dr. Mangano incorporates her love for these activities while caring for athletes of all levels, pregnant women, and children. She recently published her first book, The Gift of Healing Hands through Balboa Press and is available for sale at the office and all major online book sellers.

Our little man was born Monday, March 6th at 5 am. He went through a lot but is home being loved by his grandparents as Mom recovers. Thank you all for the many well wishes, we can’t wait to introduce him into our worlds.

Our story

Dr. Mangano is a chiropractric acupuncturist and Registered Yoga Teacher-200 through the Yoga Deza Institute. Dr. Mangano is a suma cm laude graduate of Cleveland University-Kansas City where she was the recipient of CUKC’s 2016-2017, “Intern of the Year Award.” She graduated in 2013 from Rowan University in New Jersey where she studied health promotion, fitness management, exercise science, and athletic training while playing for the women’s soccer team. Dr. Mangano now combines her anatomy expertise with alternative healthcare styles such as chiropractic, yoga, meridian therapy, and soft tissue work.

Dr. Mangano is a running enthusiast that enjoys rock climbing and musical theater. She is currently practicing within the Isle of Wellness studio of Stone Harbor, New Jersey where she incorporates her love for these activities while caring for athletes of all levels, pregnant women, and children.
