October man!! The month of October has revealed some things!
I can't say that anything is by chance now. Now that I've seen where blessings and mistakes have taken me, I'm just learning to embrace it all.

It does not have to be yoga, but get your body moving daily if at all possible!
A quick practice of the electric slide, as shown here with mi familia, will do the trick.
Give yourself the gift of 15 to 30 mins of daily activity, and your whole self will thank you!
