🎉 Shoutout to my amazing client, Lissette!
Let’s give it up for Lissette, who has officially dropped 42 pounds and is rocking a size 6 for the first time since high school! 💃 Her granddaughter told her she’s “looking snatched,” and co-workers can’t help but notice her smaller size and glow.

Lissette, who is a Type 1 diabetic, is crushing her goals in the Surrender to Succeed Transformation Program. Eating healthy is important, but it’s not the full picture when it comes to losing weight. It’s about how you eat – the right portions, combinations, and timing. Without those things in place, even healthy foods can keep you from losing weight.
