Welcome to the CMS CLIA Communications Update!
Important information about electronic CLIA certificates
Last year, CMS started sending electronic CLIA certificates and fee coupons to laboratories that opted to get email notifications when they filled out their CLIA application (Form CMS-116). Starting August 27, 2024, laboratories that opted to get email notifications will no longer get paper certificates and fee coupons.
Does your laboratory want to go paperless?
A laboratory must provide written notification to the appropriate State Agency by email or fill out the CMS-116 application form to opt in to get email notifications, which means the laboratory will get electronic CLIA certificates and fee coupons. Participating laboratories can expect to get their CLIA certificates and fee coupons approximately 7-10 days quicker than paper copies.

Shout out to of the most amazing coaches that help me. One is Cortesha Cowan who did my business plan in 20 minutes and is my CVO for my school and Charmian Stephens unofficial Coach learned how to execute everything that she gives. I did what they both advise today I got client within a ten minutes Conversation and they paid the invoice. When I help this lady bill over 15k and she said when I get this I must pay because no one else would help me. This gave the push I really needed . I be quite but 2024 I’m executing every nugget that has been giving to me.
