Courtney Edwards is a former psychotherapist turned behavioral health coach. As a Board Certified Coach, she blends her background in mental health and counseling with life coaching, offering a non-pathologizing, collaborative partnership that celebrates your strengths and goals. She is also a certified meditation teacher, group facilitator, adjunct instructor, and podcaster. She brings 20 years of experience in the helping professions, working with adolescents, college students, adults, couples, and families. Courtney founded Solavis Holistic, LLC in 2019 as a path toward authentic and deeply impactful holistic wellness. She has grown this vision to include meditation instruction, group workshops, Alchemy Behavioral Health Coaching (located in New Paltz, NY) and the Pragmatic Alchemy podcast!

The focus of this interactive event is Addressing Burnout Through Wellbeing: Strategies for Professionals! This event is appropriate for professionals of all backgrounds with applicability for individuals, teams and leaders.

So excited to be able to stop in to The Bakery today!

When I had my office in New Paltz they were a go to for breakfast sandwiches, lunch, or (and maybe most importantly) a chocolate croissant and iced vanilla latte!

I was so sad to hear of their closure following a significant flooding issue, making today’s sweet treats even sweeter!

Greetings from Texas! Today is the first full day of sessions and tomorrow morning I’ll be sharing wellbeing tips for caregivers experiencing (or seeking to prevent) burnout!

This is the fourth annual convention I’ve attended since my daughter was born with Down syndrome 18 years ago. It’s always an overwhelming, humbling, grounding, emotional experience.

I feel so fortunate to be able to attend this year with something to offer this enormous, vibrant, extended family. Truly, IYKYK. 💙💛💙💛

Pop-up coaching is a low-fee, no commitment opportunity for you to connect with Courtney. Perfect for those one-time, one-off dilemmas -- when you need a little input from a trustworthy advisor, but don't necessarily need to enter into a formal coaching relationship.
