Dear friends of the Holistic Health Community,

Some of you know me as the Outreach Director here at HHC. We’ve also welcomed many new faces recently, so if you’re new, we’re so glad you’ve joined us!

As many of you know, my path to motherhood was not an easy one. I faced infertility and experienced the trauma of a molar pregnancy. But after committing myself to deep healing and preparation, I conceived my son, Teddy, on the very first try—and went on to have a healthy, joyful pregnancy, even though I was considered high-risk.

In his honor, I’m proud to share an 11-week virtual fertility course I helped create: Cycle of Tides: Holistic Fertility Support, beginning in just a few weeks. If you’re preparing your body for pregnancy or struggling to conceive, this course was designed for you. It’s built around the very tools and practices that supported me in my fertility journey, now shared by 9 women’s health experts to support you on your path to motherhood.

We’re thrilled to share that the Holistic Health Community is partnering with Hero's Journey Foundation to bring our Holistic Healthcare Days and many of our wellness and community events to the beautiful Lifebridge Sanctuary in Rosendale, NY.

Together with Hero's Journey Foundation, we're expanding access to affordable holistic healthcare while creating space for healing, connection, and community in the heart of the Catskills. The Sanctuary’s stunning 95 acres provide the perfect backdrop for our offerings—an intentional place where nature supports the healing journey.

Join us for a virtual gathering on Thursday, September 25 with Joanna Leffeld, who will offer a talk on Ancestral Lineage Healing.

Ancestral Lineage Healing is a ritual practice that involves directly relating with one’s blood ancestors to support personal, family, and cultural healing. It invites us to cultivate living, conscious relationships with our ancestors in a safe and sacred space while honing our intuitive and sensing abilities. This work opens a doorway to reclaim lost ancestral wisdom and heal intergenerational wounds.

Her own infertility diagnosis led her to discover the healing power of plants — and ultimately to a career dedicated to helping others on similar journeys. Our next offering, “Family Constellations: Your Original Design” will be held this Sunday, August 17th at Lifebridge Sanctuary in Rosendale.

What gives your life meaning? What are you constellating now, bringing the past and future into the present moment? Constellations make conscious the places where movement has stopped due to personal or collective trauma, revealing the deeper design beneath our patterns. This spiritually somatic process reconnects us with the body, soul, ancestry, and Earth. In this way, we begin to recognize something larger than ourselves.

Jadina Lilien will lead this Sunday’s gathering in remembering our original design—returning to the living field, where possibility begins again and everything is forever changed.

About Jadina:

Jadina Lilien has been guiding individuals and groups in Systemic Family Constellations since 2011. Clients often say they feel seen, inspired, and able to move forward with clarity and creativity. Her approach is gentle yet deep, allowing real transformation to unfold. Trained with the Bert Hellinger Institute and European teachers since 2008, she also studied Transformational Coaching and the Felt Sense method through the International Focusing Institute. Her long-time work with Llewellyn Vaughn - Lee integrates meditation, dreams, shadow, and Jungian imagination. With a background in the arts and therapeutic training in inner child healing, ancestral work, and Earth-based imagination, Jadina brings an inspired, intuitive presence to Constellations.
