🎓 Inspiring the next generation at Chelsea High School!

Last week, our team had the pleasure of meeting enthusiastic, future professionals at the career fair! We shared how the home care industry offers flexible schedules, hands-on experience, and a truly meaningful career, making a real difference in people’s lives every day. 💚

We also spent time in the community, visiting the Chelsea Senior Center and the Soldiers Home for veterans to drop off pamphlets and flowers!

It was incredible to connect with such a motivated group of students and community members, and to show how home care can be both rewarding and impactful.

April is Stress Awareness Month, and we’re launching a Wellness Challenge each week to help caregivers and seniors focus on health, happiness, and connection. 🌿 We’ll share a simple activity you can do on your own or with your loved ones. Small steps each day can make a big difference in reducing stress and boosting well-being!

This week, we’re focusing on Mindful Moments. Spend just 5 minutes each day practicing deep breathing, listening to calming music, or enjoying quiet reflection.

Mindfulness helps reduce stress, improve mood, and strengthen your connection with loved ones—one small moment at a time 💚

After a long winter, we’re ready to welcome the new season with something fun, so we’re bringing a little bunny magic to the office!

We’re inviting our amazing caregiver team to stop by with their kids on April 1st for an afternoon of smiles and celebration:
• Snap a photo with the Easter Bunny
