Age is just a number. The data tells the real story.
On the left: 45. On the right: 55.
I recently had a DEXA scan to see the “internal” results of my lifestyle. These markers are the gold standard for health and longevity, and at 55, I’m incredibly proud of where I stand:
• Biological Age: 45 (Literally 10 years younger than the calendar).
• Body Comp: A+ (Top 98th percentile).
• Visceral Fat: 0.26 lbs (Excellent/Near Zero).
• Bone Density: Top Notch.
People constantly look for shortcuts or “hacks,” but the A+ comes from the “boring” stuff done relentlessly. I strength train several times—3 to 4 times a week. I prioritize protein every single day. I keep processed foods and alcohol to a minimum. My cardio? Hiking my dog a couple of miles a day.
It’s pretty simple: Consistency over excuses. I’m 55 years old and I’ve never felt more capable. Don’t let your age be the reason you stop; let it be the reason you start.
