April 17th New Moon Sound Bath with Adrienne, at the The Peace of Mind Center

🌙Set your intentions and plant seeds for the month ahead. Join us for an immersive, deeply restorative sound bath designed to clear mental clutter and align your energy with the darkness of the new moon.

✨Let the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner wisdom.
Yoga mats, pillows, bolsters and blankets will be provided. You may wish to bring an additional pillow or blanket for extra yummy comfort & support.

* Due to spacing needs, this event is limited to 11 spots *
*This event will be held upstairs at the Peace of Mind Center in the Reiki/Sound Healing Room. Please arrive promptly to settle into the space. Event Doors will be closed at 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Recommendations in the area of sound therapy tell us that there are contraindications to be aware of. Persons with certain conditions and medical histories are advised to consult with their health care professional regarding attending a sound bath or having sound therapy sessions, due to the potential detox effect a sound session can create, and the effects that vibration has on the body.

*Pregnancy: during the first and third trimester. Besides a detox effect, deep sound can trigger contractions.
*Clients with implanted devices such as stents, shunts, pacemakers, pumps, or valves and those who have metal implants.
*Those with the following conditions and histories: seizures, a recent head injury/concussion (3 months), heart conditions, a history of blood clots, unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD or personality disorder, post-operative patients and those with severe debilitation and cancer.

By holding space for each other, we not only help our sisters flourish, but we also heal ourselves, recognizing that we are all interconnected vessels of love, light, and power.

Reiki Master-Teacher Course, in the Usui Tradition
~ Where Reiki & the Practitioner Are One
~ with Reiki Master-Teacher Adrienne Smith

As you experience how Reiki enriches your life, you may feel a pull to take the next step in your journey as a Reiki practitioner.

The Master-Teacher course is for Reiki 2 practitioners who have grounded themselves in the Reiki tradition ~ living the Reiki principles to the best of their ability, and finding the energy of compassion within.
They live striving to see through the eyes of Oneness, with awareness in the connectedness of All.

To be a Reiki Master is not to be in a position of power, but to be in a place of Higher Service to the collective.

**Prerequisite: Students must be attuned to Reiki I & 2, and have been a Reiki 2 practitioners for a minimum of 1 year. Each student’s Reiki certificates of attunement must be verified to register.

In the Master-Teacher course, each student will
• Become familiar with and be attuned to the Master Reiki Symbol and the symbol of Raku.
• Learn how to perform in-person and distance Reiki attunements for all levels.
• Learn teaching fundamentals
• Discuss “Building a Reiki practice” ~ a practical guide of what to consider when starting a professional Reiki practice.

Two 5-week courses are planned for April:
Tuesday evenings: April 7, 14, 21, 28 & May 5. 6-8pm.
Saturday mornings: April 11, 18, 25 & May 2, 9. 9:30-11:30am.
Zoom attendance is possible. Classes are recorded, and "floating" between the Tuesday & Saturday classes is an option.

Course fee: $300.
$25 off the course for students paid in full by 3/19/26
$100 down at course registration will hold your seat.

Come prepared to share two true stories about yourself along with one “possibly believable” lie—and see if we can guess which is which! Your stories can be deep, wild, hysterical, or strange; just as long as they are about you.

We all need a night to lean in, have fun, and share a bit about our journeys. Whether your truths are heartwarming or your lie is legendary, this is a space to be seen and heard in all your complexity.

Come as you are, and leave a little lighter, a little more connected to joy, and a little closer to each other.

Constant self criticism is a form of rejection.
If we degrade ourselves inwardly, eventually, our body will stop showing up for us.

When we allow ourselves to experience the present moment with all of our senses,

what is around us,
our own essence,
the love we are offered
and the love we give...
It is so much,
it is so amazing overwhelming,
that we can only be in the present moment
because it fills us completely.

It's all we can hold.

This is living sensuously.
Living every moment, feeling through all of the senses.
Being Fully Present.
