Heads up for tomorrow's sessions! We're CLOSED and cancelling all classes, groups, and sessions. Regardless of whether or not the weather is bad, there will most likely be traveling snarls, as well as school cancellations and delays. Therefore, we've made the decision to close for the day.

Stay SAFE and WARM, and reach out to your studio managers for questions and concerns or to reschedule.

Looking to try out the Pilates reformer or get back into it? Now is your chance!

We are offering a special Back To Basics: Reformer Series on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm starting 1/20/26.

Join all 3 sessions (1/20/26, 1/27/26 & 2/3/26) for $95+tax or drop into select dates for $35+tax each.

Space is limited to 5 clients to provide individual attention.

The series is ideal for those new to pilates or returning to it. The instructor will provide our Reformer 101 (how it works, how to set up & adjust it, safety information, transitional mount and more) and add fundamental exercises each session to help prepare you for group sessions after.

Ready to sign up? DM, email, call or text us your contact info so we can reserve a spot for you & give you more info. Self registration is available on our website also.

Look at these lovely spines working hard to maintain a flat back during an exercise of the short box series on the reformer!

What you may not be able to see: the stomach earthquakes or shakes at the end range because they are testing their control at the end range of their movement

Tips to make this tougher:
- Keep your knees stable (no extending legs)
- Keep your dowel/bar/rod the same distance from your head at all times
- Move your spine + head as one unit (resist the head jutting forward and keep your ears in line with spine as best as you can) as you move through space
- Cut out momentum
- Add a pause at the start, end range & return

Can't believe it's already 2026! We've been on a little holiday break, enjoying some much-needed rest, relaxation, and time with friends and family . . . but we're ready to get back to work in the studio.
