I had the pleasure of presenting a breakthrough session for students at TechSpo at Nassau Boces this week.
There is nothing more fulfilling than sharing the science behind what we do and watching it click for the next generation of estheticians.
In this class, I introduced the power of microcurrent as more than just a treatment… but a true tool for muscle re education, facial sculpting, and lasting transformation.

From understanding how microcurrent stimulates facial muscles to exploring the difference between lifting and relaxing techniques, the students experienced how this technology creates visible tone, lift, and what many call a “natural, instant facelift.”

Prom season is coming 💕

Now is the perfect time to start preparing skin so it looks clear, healthy, and glowing for that big day!

Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse (Blood Moon)
Tomorrow 3/3/26, the Moon will eclipse in the sign of Virgo. It will peak at 3:33 AM Pacific Time…
It seems as though 3 is a message from the Universe. The number 3 symbolizes the Trinity Body, Mind, and Soul ~ Past, Present, and Future very fitting.
Eclipses bring powerful, destined, and fated events. They illuminate what has been hidden and bring things to light.
A South Node Full Moon Eclipse brings endings, adjustments, and an opportunity to change things up, course correct, upgrade, and make new choices. Look back to September 2025 similar themes may return now, but more profoundly.
Virgo represents daily habits, service, work, health, routines, the mind, details, communication, and perfectionism. This is a time to upgrade your daily experiences.
What has been weighing on your mind? Are you happy with your job? Have you been thinking about your diet or working out? Are you just bored with your day in and day out? A bigger question may be: What am I meant to do to serve myself and my community?
Virgo rules the digestive system and intestines, so some may notice issues arising in this area. Yet all of us can benefit from some “purification and detoxing,” both mentally and physically. Now is the time to improve your lifestyle.

NEPTUNE CONJUNCT SATURN
Planting Seeds for the “New World"
Something profound has shifted.
On February 13th, Saturn joined Neptune in Aries. Today, Saturn and Neptune conjunct at 0° Aries. The last time these two planets united in the sign of Aries conjunct at 0 degrees was thousands of years ago! This is truly a once in a lifetime occurrence, astrologically marking the beginning of an entirely new cycle for humanity.
What does this mean, and why is it so important? Because this isn’t just a collective shift, it is a personal awakening unfolding within each of us.
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. It represents new beginnings, the warrior, the leader, the initiator fueled by dynamic passion and energy. Zero degrees in astrology is considered a critical degree, a starting point. It represents a clean slate, new beginnings, and new lessons.
Neptune represents spirituality, the collective consciousness, ideology, and beliefs. It rules media and illusion, but can also bring disillusionment when truth is revealed.
Saturn is the taskmaster. He teaches structure, discipline, responsibility, accountability, and karma.
Neptune = Imagination
Saturn = Reality Check
With these two planets together in Aries, things are about to get real. The veil is lifting, and what has been unseen or unacknowledged is coming into the light. We are already witnessing this unfold, just as I predicted last year.
Watch as the world, as we know it, begins to shift.
No more following the guru.

This energy asks each of us where we are being called to lead our own lives differently.
As a collective, our eyes will begin to open. Some are already there, but Neptune will remain in Aries until 2039, meaning this awakening unfolds over time. Saturn, Father Time, will separate from Neptune in 2028, hopefully leaving behind the hard earned lessons needed for humanity to evolve.
Over the next two years, Saturn returns karma. Have you acted for the greater good? Have you worked with integrity and responsibility? If so, rewards follow.
The energy of Pluto in Aquarius and Neptune in Aries, Air and Fire, becomes a defining theme for years to come. Uranus moves into Gemini in April, marking the final outer planet shifting signs. Together, these movements continue a period of deep and profound transformation.
Aries, Libra, Cancer and Capricorn placements will feel this the most. But, all of us will have profound change in some area of your life ~ Just trust

We are awakening. We are speaking out. How fitting that we also welcome a New Moon and Partial Solar Eclipse in Aquarius the air sign of innovation, humanitarian vision, rebellion, and freedom… for the people, by the people.
Aquarius rules technology, progress, and thinking far outside the box.
This lunation forms a square to Uranus, the planet of sudden change, shocks, breakthroughs, and revelations.
The energy may feel intense even difficult to fully comprehend yet it pushes us toward awakening and rapid evolution.
Think back to 2008.
Themes or experiences from that time may reappear now, but on a deeper, more transformational level, inviting growth, liberation, and profound change.

Lately I have been incorporating Human Design into my work, and the amount of clarity and validation people feel has been incredible!
Most people are familiar with Astrology as a way to understand personality through the natal chart. But Human Design takes that a step further.
While your chart can describe who you are, Human Design shows you how your energy is actually meant to operate day to day, how you make decisions, where you may be taking on other people’s expectations, and why you can find yourself acting in ways that do not feel right for you.
Many of us have learned to live opposite of our natural design. Pushing, overgiving, or saying yes before our body has even had a chance to respond. Over time, that leads to frustration, exhaustion, and feeling out of alignment with yourself.
Human Design helps you recognize what is truly yours and what may have been learned through habit or conditioning so you can begin making choices that feel more natural, clear, and sustainable.
I often combine this with subconscious work, because once old patterns are recognized, you need a way to move forward that fits how you are built.
If you’ve ever wondered why you “know better” but still react the same way, this is often where that answer lives.
Even in the few readings I’ve done so far, the biggest response I hear is how validating it feels. People finally understand why they are the way they are instead of assuming something is wrong with them.
There is nothing wrong with you, this is how you’re built. When you begin working with that, you start to honor yourself right away.
