Rachel brings 23 years of nursing experience and specializes in chronic disease management, including diabetes, heart failure and COPD. She grew up in Pocahontas and is passionate about helping patients understand their health and feel confident in their care.

Colon cancer is often called a “silent” disease because symptoms may not appear until it has progressed. The good news? It’s one of the few cancers that can actually be prevented with routine screening.

Patients can now receive walk-in care for timely treatment of acute, non-emergent conditions. Evening appointments are also available — not routine primary care or emergency care. 🩺🩹
