Hola a todos mi nombre es Clara Candelario Cervantes y estoy súper emocionada de presentarme como la nueva entrenadora personal de EnerGym!

Estudié en Iowa State University, donde obtuve mi Licenciatura en Kinesiología y Ciencias del Ejercicio. También obtuve mi Certificación ACE para fitness de grupo. Mientras estaba en la universidad enseñé todo tipo de clases, incluyendo HIIT, Barre, Pilates, Zumba, ¡así como clases de entrenamiento funcional!

También fui entrenador personal y he trabajado con una variedad de personas en diferentes niveles de condición física.
Fuera de la universidad, también fui entrenador en un gimnasio privado local en Ames conocido como Surefire Fitness. ¡Su objetivo era realmente hacer que el fitness fuera divertido y placentero y aún así ver resultados!

Hello everyone my name is Clara Candelario and I'm super excited to introduce myself as the new personal trainer at EnerGym!

I studied at Iowa State University where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science. I also earned my ACE Certification for group fitness while I was at ISU and taught all kinds of classes at the university including HIIT, Barre, Pilates, Zumba, as well as Functional Training classes! I was also a personal trainer at State Gym and have worked with a variety of people at different fitness levels.

Outside of the university, I also was a trainer at a local private gym in Ames known as Surefire Fitness! Their focus was really to make fitness fun and enjoyable and still see results!

I am excited to offer my knowledge and experience to the community and help as many people as I can to reach their health and fitness goals! You should see me around in the gym more often so don’t hesitate to ask me any questions or send a message to EnerGym page!💪🏽☺️
