💜 As a Latina immigrant therapist, I know firsthand how important it is to create accessible, culturally responsive mental health support — especially in times like these.

💜 This summer, I’m offering two partial scholarships for 1:1 therapy as part of my ongoing commitment to making sanación (healing) and connection more accessible within our comunidades.

💜 If you or someone you know could benefit from this opportunity, I invite you to DM me directly or schedule a complimentary breakthrough session here: https://lnkd.in/eAzfafv7

✨ Please feel free to share this post with your network — access to support can be life-changing, and together we can help make it more reachable

💜 Not a religious post—just a reminder of the power of pausing and tuning in.
I use card decks to ground myself, and before joining on her podcast last week, I pulled this message:
✨ Speak your truth.

My business has been hit hard recently, and I knew I needed to be real about it. That’s what we did—an honest, healing convo.

Gracias Paulette—not just for the invite, but for your coaching, support, and the constant reminder that it’s possible. 🙏🏼💫

I’m originally from Venezuela, but after 17 beautiful years alongside my incredible Brazilian partner—and raising our two filhas—Brazil has become a second home to my heart. 💛💚

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with many brasileiros, supporting them on their mental health journeys and conducting immigration hardship evaluations.

Estar em comunidade e apoiar uns aos outros is more important now than ever.

Muito obrigada to and from Insurance for including me in such a meaningful and necessary conversation. Your continued commitment to prioritizing saúde mental is both inspiring and essential.

Cuidar da saúde mental começa
com reconhecer que não precisamos enfrentar tudo sozinhos — podemos pedir ajuda e oferecer apoio mútuo.

Let’s keep building communities where mental health is valued, and no one feels they have to carry everything alone. 🤝🧠

💜 Therapy with the right therapist can help you look at things differently.

💜 I’m not talking about seeing flowers all over the room 🤪 BUT about finding alternatives that you didn’t see before, getting closer to some situations, making space from some others….

💜 Therapy with the right therapist can be healing. I know because I’ve had that experience.

💜 I’ve also had no so great experiences, so I know what that feels like too.

💜 If you think I’m the right therapist for you, please know that I’m taking new clients ✨

💜 Lately I’m really craving for spaces that make me feel safe, hopeful, that uplift me, and that make me feel like I belong. I found this last week at Stoughton Public School’s Spring Author Series.

💜 We’ve been fans for a while, but it was our first time meeting him in person.

💜 He is AMAZINGLY amazing in every single way.

💜 He gave everyone copies of his books and autographed Say Something for us.

💜 He told us that his dad was
from Argentina!!! 🇦🇷

💜 As a Latina Immigrant Therapist, as a mom and as someone trying to take care of myself and others with everything going on, I invite you to read his books. Not just for the little ones around you BUT/AND for YOU and the inner child in you.

💜 GRACIAS Mr Peter H. Reynolds for teaching us and reminding us the importance of being kind to ourselves and others, now more than ever…

💜 If you need a dosage of inspiration and love, check out his bookstore in Dedham, MA

💜 On my healing journey, I’ve learned that it is okay for me to need more.

💜 I struggled at receiving AND I learned to be hyperindependent, so needing more doesn’t come easy for me.

💜 However I am here to remind you (and myself) that it is okay to need more:

⭐️ Help
⭐️ Rest
⭐️ Support
⭐️ Love
⭐️ Assistance
⭐️ Therapy
⭐️Joy
⭐️ Space
⭐️Affection … And/or whatever else you need…

💜 Needing more doesn’t mean that you are failing…

💜It could mean that you are finally listening to yourself and giving yourself permission to do things differently.

💜 On Sunday my heart was full being surrounded by amazing people celebrating a wonderful book launch. I could feel the love, support, gratitude and pride in that room.

💜 Dr. Charmain Jackman Wrote the first book on entrepreneurship written by a black therapist for black therapists.

💜 Thank you for this gift, I wished I had it when I started my journey but grateful I have it now.

🔹Even though I’ve known this for a while, the magnitude of this realization always surprises me.

🔹As a woman, as a working mom, as a struggling business owner, as a human being:
✨I am not alone✨

🔹This is easy to forget which makes me feel worse

🔹But when I am able to talk about it and realize that there are others like me, that I’m not the only one feeling all these things, something in my heart feels better

🔹This is one of the reasons why being part of a community where you feel safe, seen and valued is so important 💜

🔹I hope you had a nice weekend💜

🔹Many people I’ve talked to have mentioned feeling unsafe, and feeling extremely stressed and dissapointed. I completely understand, I felt all of those things lately too.

🔹Part of the work I do is to remind them and myself that we can’t give our power away to external circumstances. Otherwise, I’ll be too hard.

🔹Even though sometimes is not easy to hear, taking responsibility of ourselves is a way of taking our power back.

🔹Yes, there are so many broken things happening right now, BUT we are still responsible for our wellbeing.

🔹Remember that being responsible is not the same as having to do it all by yourself. Taking care of yourself in community and going to therapy with the right therapist can be very helpful too.

🔹 I’ve been feeling discouraged lately. As much as I tried to filter what I let into my life, fear and uncertainty are sneaky and it feels like I need to constantly remind myself that I am okay.

🔹 I know I’m not the only one feeling this way that why I invite you to keep in mind that you have what you need to take that tiny step. You have what you need to make that small change.

🔹And as always please remember that you are not alone 💜
