As the seasons shift, I’m being extra intentional about keeping my body feeling its best. Here’s what’s been on rotation lately 🌱
✨ Regular chiropractic adjustments to keep my body running smoothly
☀️ Vitamin D, because the sun isn’t always showing up for us right now
🧖 Sauna sessions to sweat it out and support circulation
💧 Staying hydrated even when it’s not hot out (this one sneaks up on me!)
🚶 Daily movement, even just a walk with my pup to keep things loose and flowing
