Beautiful sentiments from a few years ago.

This is a card a recent client sent me. Here’s what he wrote:
“Emily, I am taking the time to send a hand written thank you to you and the therapy service that you provided to me. I was hesitant to make my first appointment with you but was happy that I reached out and that we could meet. I am grateful for the cuddle therapy but I would call it something more towards relationships. Your sessions with me reminded me of what I had been missing for several years. Affection seems to have been lost somewhere in the new millennium. You helped me put things into proper perspective before I began to date again for along-term relationship. Emily, you helped me see a lady’s perspective on some things that were new to me in terms of simple affection such as holding hands. How to ask and wait was most helpful with the woman I began dating and have been seeing now for several months. If not for your guidance I do not think I would be as happy as I am now with the woman I asked and waited just to hold her hand. Thank you Emily with all my gratitude.”
