As the only social worker-owned and locally operated placement services in Ohio, I help families navigate with compassion, through the overwhelming process of exploring senior living options from Independent & Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Long-term Nursing Care before they begin their searching!

I walk beside families every step of the way - helping replace fear and misconceptions with clarity, confidence, and hope ✨️

Best of all, my services are free to the client and their family!

With a background in hospice and home health, I know firsthand the challenges caregivers face and how important it is to protect loved ones from rushed or sales-driven decisions.

My mission is simple: to ease the burden and help seniors thrive in this new season of life.

💙 The moment I feel most proud of my work is when I see a once-nervous senior light up- making new friends, joining activities, and rediscovering fun in their community with their peers!

ALN offers services throughout the state of Ohio, with a focus in Summit, Stark, Portage, Medina, Cuyahoga and surrounding NEO counties.

📍 We also assist in transitioning clients out of the state of Ohio to be closer to loved ones in a nearby community, and from out of state to a facility in Ohio.

As you spend quality time with your loved ones during the holidays, it's important to be mindful of their well-being and living situation. If you find that several of these factors are happening with your loved one, it might be time to discuss assisted living. options Assisted Living Navigators, LLC is here to provide guidance and support as you navigate this important decision.

1. Physical Health:
• Is your loved one having trouble with mobility?
• Have there been recent falls or accidents at home?
• Are they managing their medications independently and correctly?

• Do they need assistance with household chores and maintaining a clean living environment?
