Our program nurses can monitor your loved one’s health, and assist with concerns over health issues such as:
Management of chronic diseases, including diabetes, arthritis, blood pressure, as well as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease
Medication administration and oversight
Restorative nursing - picks up where physical, occupational, and speech therapy leave off
At SarahCare, our specially trained, professional staff, are always present to care for participants with special needs, including:
Wheelchair-bound seniors and those who are frail or have physical dependence issues
Memory impairment - we provide a secure, safe environment for your loved one
Isolation and dependence - our programs are geared to engage even withdrawn participants
Personal care - our staff is trained to provide assistance with eating, bathing, toileting, and we are equipped to handle transfers, tube feedings, and ostomy care
