Q: What is your favorite thing about being a Unit Manager?
A: Being able to have a direct impact on the residents' lives and care for them as if they are my family. 💛

Q: What is one piece of advice you carry with you?
A: "Listen more than you speak." When you honor someone with your undivided attention, it helps in so many ways. Listening deeply allows you to truly understand and relate. 👂💙

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: Gotta be Chipotle! 🌯

Q: Tell us one thing on your bucket list.
A: Traveling with my kids! Watching them experience new and fun things is my happy place. ✈️❤️

Meet Melvina Komeh – Activities Director at Arbors at Stow

Q: What’s one of your favorite things about being the Activities Director & how long have you been with Arbors at Stow?
A: One of my favorite things is putting a smile on our residents' faces and making their day fun, meaningful, and full of activities. I love creating moments that make our residents laugh, smile, and feel special. I’ve been here for almost nine months.

Q: What’s one piece of advice you carry with you?
A: Always be my authentic self and stay true to who I am.

Q: What’s your favorite restaurant?
A: I don’t have a favorite, but if they have good pasta, I’m there! 🍝

Q: Tell us one thing on your bucket list.
A: I want to travel to all 50 states. I’ve already visited nine—41 more to go!
