When we gaze up at the night sky, we're often captivated by the beautiful twinkling lights scattered across the dark canvas of night. But how often do we consider that many of these radiant stars have, in reality, long since faded? Yet, even after their light has gone out, what a profound blessing it is that we still get to witness their brilliance for the rest of our lives.

What if we applied this very same principle to our human connections?

In today’s world, it's common to find ourselves entangled in the complexity of our relationships. When conflicts arise, we often jump to conclusions, placing blame on those around us instead of looking inward. While we can naturally gain sympathy as the person who appears wronged, we must ask ourselves: could the problem actually be within us? In our everyday interactions, the way we perceive others' words and actions is heavily influenced by our past experiences. This is known as perception; it affects not only our relationships but also our emotional well-being. We often teach our children to be mindful of their tone, but how often do we stress the importance of empathy? Gratitude

My profound gratitude for each and every one of you, not only for your current support but also for the unwavering support you've given me over the past handful of years, is something words can never truly encompass. Your incredible support and boundless patience through every ebb and flow have profoundly touched my heart and will be cherished for many years to come.

Please note a gentle shift in my in-person scheduling, effective September 1st. To thoughtfully accommodate the final, exhilarating push toward completing my degree, all in-person appointments will now be held exclusively on Mondays and Fridays, honoring any sessions already beautifully pre-arranged. This adjustment also joyfully makes space for the wonderful Jamie to expand her presence in our shared professional home.

All virtual sessions will remain flexible in their booking.

I will be continuing with the old school booking for now as well.

When Loved Ones Are Gone, Their Light Remains

When we lose someone we love, a wave of intense emotions can wash over us: sorrow, disappointment, heartbreak, and profound grief. But what we often don't realize in those raw moments is this: for the rest of our lives, we'll carry a vast archive of memories. We can play back these videos in our minds, look at those mental pictures, and for the rest of our lifetime, we'll still get to see our loved one shine. Their light, much like a distant star, continues to reach us, illuminating our inner world long after they've faded from our immediate reach.

The Shifting Constellations of Relationships

This concept also applies to the relationships in our lives, whether they are friendships, mentorships, family bonds, or romantic partnerships. There are inevitably times when these connections feel challenging. We might experience annoyance, disappointment, hurt, or feel unseen and unheard. These are the cloudy nights in our personal sky.

Just because you heard someone's words doesn't mean you 'listened' when we shift to listing to learn to understand we are open to see another's point of view. This does not mean we change our point of view but just to understand another humans perception. So instead of listening to reply try listening to learn, to understand. Make a change, be the change.

I am not done yet ... but I officially am slowly phasing massage out of my offerings. 22 years of giving massage love has been the greatest experience, full of lessons and blessings. I will be shifting hrs to accomidate the new twist I am adding to replace massage. I will even when massage is nolonger on my menu continue to offer energy healing, shamanic Journeys and retreats, and holistic health coaching. The schedule shift begins may 12th. For those with appointments booked I will be reaching out directly. It's been a wild ride and I am forever grateful for all of you! Much love and see you on the zen side.

This morning when I saw the snow. I thought eh, but I want spring...When I took my dog outside so he could go and do his morning potty time. I realized how soft and quiet it was. It was a reminder, to find those moments to pause to draw in peace to be still to be soft.
A great reminder when it's been so much chaos surrounding so many people recently.
Walk in beauty.
