Stow Fitness Center is a full-service, locally-owned health center that offers a wide range of options for all fitness levels. Our club offers over 60 group fitness classes per week with the best MOSSA-certified instructors in the area - including indoor cycling, vinyasa yoga, Group Power, 30-minute Core, Group Blast, and an array of additional Group Fitness classes. Our Personal Trainers will motivate and inspire you to meet your individual goals. Introducing our newest trainer, Sarah.

Sarah Tardiff started working out at Stow Fitness Center in her teens, and cannot seem to stay away!

Sarah has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach since 2017.
She has worked with individuals at all levels of fitness and experience.

Most recently, she obtained her certification in Fitness Nutrition Coaching.

When she is not at the gym she enjoys dog sitting, trying new recipes, and learning something new about science, women's health, and history.

Calling all golfers! Trainer tip Thursday comes to you today from Meredith who is TPI certified. She reminds us that power comes from the core, warming up will help you build power before your first tee shot. Having a strong, stable core equals a more consistent drive. She recommends 2-3 rounds for 10 reps OR 30 seconds a side! Save it for warmer weather 😉😉 Come move with us!!!

Trainer tip Thursday, protect those shoulders! There are lots of muscles in a small area in your shoulder, layers upon layers. Unfortunately they can create some issues if proper form isn't being used.

BIRD DOG! Have you tried this exercise? Main focus here is the core and balance! It can be tricky, Danny shows us how to execute it properly and the common mistakes that people make while doing it!
