Meet John Selye
Qi-Gong (Chi-Gong) Instructor

John first discovered Qi-Gong after years of managing chronic back and neck pain through yoga. Curious to deepen his healing practice, he began daily Qi-Gong and quickly noticed more energy, clarity, and ease in his body. Within two years, the pain that had limited him for decades lifted, restoring his health and mobility. Over the past seven years, John has dedicated himself to sharing Qi-Gong in both private and group settings, encouraging others to experience its grounding, restorative benefits. Known for his empathy and adaptability, he tailors his teaching to meet each student’s needs and inspires them to integrate this simple, meditative practice into daily life.

Sadie Rock

Sadie has a deep appreciation for traditional yoga teachings and a heart-centered, accessible approach. She first came to yoga in her late teens, seeking a healthier lifestyle, and quickly realized it was a lifelong path of self-discovery. Inspired to deepen her practice, she dedicated herself to studying and teaching the ancient knowledge of yoga as a way to serve others.

Sadie’s classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditative awareness, rooted in tradition yet welcoming to all levels. Her teaching creates space for students to connect inward, challenge themselves with compassion, and move as a collective energy that supports personal growth. She brings a genuine love and passion for the practice, guiding others toward greater self-knowledge and inner peace.

Instructor Spotlight💜🦋🌞

Meet Anne Hobday!

Anne first discovered the power of yoga while navigating through several life transitions and experiencing how healing and centering the practice can be—allowing her to feel strong and open both mentally and physically. Anne completed her 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha Teacher Training through The School Yoga Institute in Costa Rica in 2022. She holds additional certifications in Kundalini and Paddle Board yoga.

Forever a student, Anne enjoys studying the ancient art of yoga and consistently takes classes to expand her practice and discover new ways to incorporate yogic principles into her life as well as the studio.
